I have a serious question
Who is the Florida Attorney General and how does he still have a job? If the governor does not remove him from office once this trial is over his career should be shot.
Florida is a joke. I'm not mad that Z is about to walk. I'm mad because they over reached and ti's clear to anyone who is paying attention they over reached this isn't murder. A good solid case could be made for manslaughter but murder is laughable and they went forward anyway. Same thing with Casey Anthony. You have to go with what is on the table not what will make headlines.
I am still pretty pissed that Casey Anthony is a free woman. Z I can live with to an extent but this whole state is a joke.

Just remember NT, these people will have to face the Lord at the pearly gates. And from what have heard, it's not open admissions.
But about the Casey Anthony trial, again there was no evidence CASEY KILLED THE CHILD. All we know is the child was dead. A child dying is not against the law. Not reporting it is, but that's not murder. I think the child passed away due to unknown causes and Casey tried to cover it up for fear someone would think she killed her daughter. While hindsight is 20-20, when a mother is holding her deceased daughter in her arms she is not going to think rationally. She is human.
No trauma or cause of death was ever found or determined. She could have drowned in the family pool. Who knows? We can speculate until the end of time, but the fact is the facts did not point to murder. People let their emotions get to them and they stop thinking rationally. Basically, its like "someone needs to go down for the death of this child, Casey Anthony is someone, so she needs to go down for it." No, that's not how it works.
The evidence needs to point to MURDER, not just death.
