it's a sacrifice of actual liberty and freedom to force someone to make a contract they don't want to make though
i guess if i ran a business i would just say "no. i'm not going to do business with you. i don't like the cut of your jib" and then they can't sue me because i'm pretty sure i can discriminate based on jib cuts.
