But how did he even get those then? Was Martin attacking him? DId they get in a confrontation and it escalate? It's not like he just shot Martin and then all of a sudden he's injured. The picture proves that there was a physical altercation. Threatened life is subjective.
He should walk is my current opinion.
Now this doesn't necessarily apply here, but I'll tell you that any sort of physical altercation necessarily involves me fearing for my life, and in turn, that necessitates a deadly response.
