Whilst still abstaining from saying if Zimmerman is guilty or not, this trial is sketchy as shit. The state wanted at minimum a charge no questions asked, regardless of who it hurt. This entire trial reeks of a PR job so the state can save face. IMO based on the evidence presented by the prosecution, there's a reason the county did not press charges. There simply is not enough to get that kind of conviction. Too much probable doubt left.

Zimmerman is going to be convicted. The jury just asked to a question regarding the jury instructions for manslaughter. This means they are focusing on the accountability aspect, and that self-defense is probably off the table for Zimmerman. If they believed he acted in self defense, they would have to acquit and this would be a moot question.

Ok, do you realize that the "jury instructions" explain exactly what the criteria are for manslaughter? All that means is that murder 2 is done, and they're trying to see if how they view it fits manslaughter. If a single lady on that jury says no, he walks.

This means nothing, especially nothing bad for Zim. If anything it means he's off the hook for murder 2.

Well, it appears that the jury certainly took their time and analyzed everything.

Again, I think that the prosecution did the best they could. This should have never gone to court. There was no evidence that a crime existed. The Chief of Police was correct to not arrest him. It was the Special Prosecutor who bowed to political pressure and filed charges based upon a public outcry, not facts in the case.

i really don't give a damn about the verdict either way. seriously i really don't. But the reason I don't really participate on this forum all that much is because I hate to come here and see people that have my skin color refereed to in off branded remarks like Negros, WTF is this the 60's lol? come on man seriously. It's not so much that it gets under my skin, because being a black guy who dates a lot of white girls in the south, I've heard much worse that i promise you. But i can't have a respectful conversation with anyone who is that ignorant to use that type of spiteful language towards other people. What's the point of even trying to make a point when some racist rantard is going to do nothing but racebait you for the rest of the thread, I have better things to do. That's very disrespectful, it makes the rest of your counterparts look bad and you look like a child, and more than all of that it completely throws out whatever point you make. Black people read this forum as well. The irony being that I have no problem with no white people IRL but every other white guy on the internet is Bubba badass from alabama behind a PC screen.
