it's not up to an individuals discretion if it was "clear self defense"
you talked earlier about the foundation of our legal system being "innocent until proven guilty" and how awful it would be to tamper with that yet you think the police should be judge and jury in deciding whether something was murder or self-defense based on what the guy who killed the person says?

that doesn't comply with medius' position that there is a diligent investigation to get the facts and not a snap judgement by the police as to whether it was "legitimate" or not.
