She should be summarily executed without trial.

We can't rule out the possibility of collusion between the plaintiffs. Maybe a few guys who got DUIs got together and decided to call in and do a joint complain about her falsifying the DUI. Then news spread about the idea and so whenever someone gets a DUI from her they just complain. I mean, if you were drinking and driving and got arrested by this woman, wouldn't you try it?

if we are to have BAC of 0.08 = automatic arrest, i do not think police should be able to make judgement calls about people's sobriety.
it's either that or allow the police to make judgement calls and get rid of the automatic requirement. officers like this do need to be dismissed and charged themselves for false arrest when this happens, but i do think judgement calls are, most of the time, a better alternative
in this day and age where everything the police officer does in a traffic stop is recorded, you think it would have been obvious to her superiors

Crooked cops should be given far harsher sentences than ordinary people.

Best way to beat a DUI is to always carry around an unopened bottle of liquor with you. As soon as you get pulled over, shut your car off, put the keys on the passenger seat, put the bottle out the window so that the cop can see you open it, then start drinking.
You might get a public intoxication or open container violation. But, it's not a DUI.
