Is it any wonder why NY is such a terrible place to live? First they try to ban large sodas and now this.

It's a horrible place to live because The New York Post doesn't know the difference between a ban and the school discouraging high fives to reduce the spread of the flu. If the weatherman says "put on your winter gears it's gonna be cold," The NYP will probably report a ban on t- shirts.

Outside of the high risk individuals, getting the flu is not a bad thing.

My thoughts from the moment I saw the title to the moment I read the article changed from "what is this, PoS?" to "what is this p.o.s"

Even for the Post this is pretty lame. Then again, the point of the Post as with all Murdoch's properties is to spread hysteria and outrage, so there's that.

Hey, I got a better idea. Instead of DIScouraging high-fives, how about we ENcourage flu shots?
