No articles that I see yet but apparently Montreal Mayor Michael Applebaum was just arrested. Don't know why.
Since there's no article and no one has a clue whats going on just yet, I have no opinion or link to put. Just wanted to put up a place for discussion in case its something scandalous.

French people suffer some of the worst corruption in the Western world, whether in Quebec or in France. It's probably a cultural thing, not some sort of genetic deficiency.
