He's right. We don't have a functioning democracy and haven't for a long time, if we ever did.

Obama makes carter look like Tom Jefferson.
No president has ever milked the powers of the president like obama.
He's a national disgrace.
Carter, not so much. I think he was quite honest compared to the pack of liars and thieves from recent years.
Carter actually did try to heal the nation. Obama has done his best to beat it into submission.

It's our system that is at fault. It's mutated into something f**k up.
Individuals are really pretty irrelevant in the greater scheme of things. If Carter was president now he would be doing the same thing Obama is. Plenty of shitball activity happened under Carter's watch too, if you remember.
Nonetheless he's right.
America, it's time to dismantle the false partisan dichotomy that is used to manipulate our society and take a penetrating moral inventory.
If we don't do this we are at the end of line for the good ol' USA.

Yeah, he wasn't great, but I do believe he was much less of a liar.
I have some damning criticism for him on the 'Oil Crisis' that never was.

This is why I'm not overly supportive of a president with so much power and prefer a parliamentary system. I mean it's nothing on direct democracy but it's still better than putting all the power in the hands of one person.
(Before anyone starts, I am not a royalist).
