Well not to mention the spinelessness of Obama. If there's one thing I really hate it's half measures and this health care bill screams half measure.

The other thing nobody is talking about is health care COSTS. This is about COVERAGE, this bill. When you see stories about how the same procedure costs $30K at one hospital and $150K at another something is seriously out of whack.

But since our health care is privatized, you can't dare set price caps because eek that's socialism!

So enjoy your non-socialist health care system runaway train, Americans!

It actually does attempt to curb costs, just not nearly as much as it should.

removing Cadillac plans, making medicare about quality over quantity, etc has helped. There's reason to believe it's bending the cost curve, just not enough by a long shot.

It looks like Obamacare is doing something to costs. To say it's doing "little to nothing" isn't necessarily accurate. It's possible it's not but it's also possible it is.

Medicare spending has dropped since Obamacare's reforms, which is recession proof. Cadillac policies going away which is as designed. Re-admission rates dropped like flies probably due to reforms.

It's pretty ridiculous to ignore everything before we see it play out.
