I have nothing to hide from being spied upon.
Doesn't mean that I like it, want it, or think it's legal.
The 4th amendment is not there to protect the rights of criminals so that they can conduct criminal actions in secret. It's to protect the innocent from being subjected to invasions of privacy if they have done nothing wrong.
Quick (serious) question for anyone that knows the answer - how would one find out about a warrant being issued against them? Let's say that a judge issues a warrant against me (search and seizure, arrest, whatever). Is that warrant public record? How would I find out about it? What I'm getting at is that, AFAIK, warrants aren't public record. You can't search some database and see who has outstanding warrants. If they aren't public, then why is there a "secret" court?
