I'm looking at this case as a defense attorney as from that perspective I think that Zimmerman should and probably will be acquitted of the most serious charges.
THAT SAID...this case is a good example of how flawed our justice system can be when seeking true justice.

I said this when this 1st happened.. TM sounds like a Class A A'hole.. A complete dickhead.. BUT, walking to the store, and then back home in a neighborhood he was STAYING at.. That shouldn't get you shot.
Z sounds like a cop wannabe who in no way should have been allowed to carry a gun. Neighborhood watches are fine.. Great idea. But the 'neighborhood watchers' shouldn't be confronting anyone.. Any cop will tell you that.
