Looking at possible 119 in the next few days. Believe me shorts and a T are standard at 61 degrees out here. The rainy season is july-august when its 100 plus anyway and we make a habit of standing in it just for refreshment. Its dependent on the person though. I run hot blooded and never wear a jacket in Phoenix even in the winter months. But my kids run cold and get gloves out sometimes lol. I probably would not go for a long walk/hike in rainy 61 degree weather in just shorts and a T. I don't like pneumonia.
