Spengler did advocate authoritarian nationalism and was admired by Nazis such as Goebbels for so doing. Spengler argued for exactly the incoherent form of authoritarian, nationalist socialism that became the National Socialist Nazi Party. Spengler's politics were revolting. He was, however, very critical of Nazi racial theories and anti-Semitism, to his credit, which is why the Nazis banned his work. It wasn't because of his political views, which were abominable.
