IMO no way he is found guilty of 2nd degree murder, no way. If he is, I'll give up my license to practice law. I am not basing this claim on whether I think he is personally guilty or not, I simply do not see any evidence that can get a murder 2 conviction being presented ATM. Literally none whatsoever. Florida has what looks like another Casey Anthony on their hands. No evidence, but yeah let's go with murder 1 and 2. Yup, we'll get convictions.
