I think they've been doing that before, long before the internet was even set up- its common practice by all governments. Ive had FED EX boxes clearly opened and searched before it got to my mailing address.

That's why I only communicate through carrier pigeon.

I use a gopher. It takes longer but the little fella burrows under ground so shooting it is a difficult task.
