I wouldn't have term limits for the SCOTUS. I would substitute in 1 20 year term limit. This keeps the SCOTUS beholden to no one but their own beliefs, makes it harder to time their retirements for a specific president, and also prevents court packing via appointing young people.
That's the only problem with the Court, really. I don't want the potential for multiple 5 year terms or something. Just 1 long one.
