Right. The judge determined that there wasn't enough evidence to support the use of an inflammatory word like "racial profiling", so she forbid it from being used.

And, you've got the events backwards about the jurors. They didn't think race was involved, THEN they acquitted. Not the other way around. Unless you think that they thought Zimmerman was a racist bigot, decided to let him go anyway, and are now part of a 6-person conspiracy to cover it up.

But, if young, black men have been robbing them, then it is not "racial" to suspect a young, black man who is walking at night, in the rain, looking into windows of vacant houses.

There is no evidence suggesting that race was a motivator of this. It's a component, but not a motivator. Don't forget, the dispatcher was the one that asked TM's race - Zimmerman did not volunteer that information.

The only people that think race is a motivator of his actions are those who say, "A white man (incorrect, because he's Latino) sees a black man and automatically assumes he's a criminal." That's not evidence. That's a misguided belief.

Zim should have stayed in his truck like he was asked to..

Simple as that. He wasn't in a remote area where it would have taken the cops 45 mins. to get there.. He called them already, was told they were on the way and to wait in his truck and not follow TM.. That's what he should have done.

Now 1 is dead, and Zim's life is going to be a mess because he had a gun and wanted to play cop..
