No, MOST blacks aren't drug dealers and gang bangers. However, blacks make up only 13.6% of the population but 39.4% of the total prison population. So blacks painted themselves into this corner, yes, racial profiling would be a very effective way of dealing with crime. They are much more likely to be involved in crime. Why? I have no idea.

But numbers don't lie.

Crime Rates

* Blacks are seven times more likely than people of other races to commit murder, and eight times more likely to commit robbery.
* When blacks commit crimes of violence, they are nearly three times more likely than non-blacks to use a gun, and more than twice as likely to use a knife.

Interracial Crime

Gangs

* Only 10 percent of youth gang members are white.
* Hispanics are 19 times more likely than whites to be members of youth gangs. Blacks are 15 times more likely, and Asians are nine times more likely.

Incarceration

* Between 1980 and 2003 the US incarceration rate more than tripled, from 139 to 482 per 100,000, and the number of prisoners increased from 320,000 to 1.39 million.
* Blacks are seven times more likely to be in prison than whites. Hispanics are three times more likely.

and all this talk about black people not calling the police you guys sound like people who count how many black friends you have lol.

I don't know one black person, seriously, who would not hesitate to call the police if there was the threat of real danger. And you guys sound like this is in West Baltimore and it's Marlo Stanfield or something that they are calling the cops on this dude is in a upper middle class suburban neighboorhood. Niether one of them, Martin or the chick know anything about any real beef or drama

Unless I have some dope on me or something like that why would someone not call the cops that's what they are for? what are they going to do just show up and start randomly beating up black people lol?


I really do not understand why there are white people who think that black people, assuming that they are on the same socioeconomic level, are any different than white people. they maybe listen to different music, find different jokes funny, like different TV shows, but our believes, actions, reactions, to various things are pretty much going to be the exact same. My mom called the police on my neighbor for popping fire crackers in the back yard within city limits. I don't want people screwing with me jus tlike you don't want people screwing with you.
