Yes, of course, just like suggesting that catholic dogma and ideology can lead to pedophilia is "pissy hyperbole". I'm sure the almost identical backwards, authoritarian, sexist beliefs of muslims has no effect whatsoever on their actions. Just a bunch of pedophiles who happen to be muslim. Just like all those pedophile catholics just happened to be catholic. Their perceptions of the world informed by their religious ideology is entirely irrelevant.
The real ironic part is I'm sure you are atheist or agnostic. And yet here you are defending an Abrahamic religion because...why, exactly? "Islamophobia"? You realize their religion is not their "race", yes? I wonder how many young muslims you happen to know personally. Their perception of non-muslim european girls as worthless sluts is ENTIRELY informed by their religion, and quite common. It's identical to slut-shaming from christians or moralistic right-wingers.
