Counting on US law enforcement, say SEC, IRS, DOJ, whatever is like counting on the Federales to not be corrupt, when it comes to billions of dollars.
Just because it's illegal, doesn't prevent it from happening. they just find ways around them or they buy them.
We've already seen it happen on a massive scale.
why would this be any different?
