Nearly all meaningful innovations and breakthroughs that occurred since 1900 came from scientists, engineers, mechanics, technicians, and doctors who often sustained comfort in an upper-middle class lifestyle and/or received financial support from public revenue. Capitalists, especially those who are ideologically aligned, rarely contribute to economical improvement. It is a matter of purchasing these items and injecting capital after initial market reports.
