The only claim I ever made was that section 8 inspects its properties routinely.I did substantiate that. I happened. to know it is true because I list and market section 8 homes I and I know for a fact they are t anymore neglected than any other properties. They are actually better maintained to most comparably priced properties because federal regulations demand it..


This guy is clearly an investor that competes with section 8 housing so keep that in mind. He is not beautifying anything hes trying to raise his property value.

Trying to eliminate subsidized housing is redlining by definition and that is what the guy is doing .

Section 8 homes are quite simply not clustered in ghettoes in the manner described btw . The point is to help minorities become integrated so they are located in average neighborhoods. I showed you one that 8 am currently listing. It wasn't run down or managed badly.

Where his proof that section 8 ruins neighborhoods? There is an extreme shortage of these homes a d they are spread out in various neighborhoods so there is a lot of problems with that article.
