serious post.
If they want to do it by lethal injection there is a very good chance Hassan will never be executed.
the US Army has never executed some-one via lethal injection, which means they don't know what they're doing.
states like Ohio and Kentucky have shown that if you don't know what you're doing it's easy to botch a lethal injection.
2 wit....cruel and unusual punishment. (Colorado just went through this)
potential problem solving - Texas DoC may have some guys who know how to do it AND are in the Army reserves.
