Not sure the industrial outputs would matter so much, as the uber-blitz nature of warfare these days means the heaviest fighting would probably be over with before either side was capable of replacing lost hardware. We've already got the missile trajectories locked in for targets like the Three Gorges Dam. All we'd have to do is push the button. And the submarine fleet would be such an unholy terror....yeesh. Much rather not think about war with China.
