and i believe weeks ago you told me it was impossible for us to know where they were and US intelligence was wrong. this was the first, i believe, of your failed arguments in regards to syria.
that said, the only news about how in control of the weapons assad is, and how they're all consolidated, is coming from the russians who have a vested interest in keeping the US out of syria. i've never trusted the russian government and i'm not going to start now. given how assad has moved huge quantities of equipment and troops into different areas, i can't imagine he'd leave his most volatile and powerful weapon completely undefended, waiting to be bombed.
plus, considering it's likely that the rebels used chemical weapons, at least in the previous cases, any claim that syria's chemical weapons are consolidated and secure is inconsistent with reality on the ground.
