Well, yeah. Universal, public health care is also coercive. Anything funded by taxes is coercive, for that matter.
Coercion is part of life. I don't see how any sort of civilization can survive without it.
The question worth asking is if a better, less harmful way of coercing people exists, and if so, what does it look like? I don't see cutting food stamps, or Obamacare, as being part of that vision.
