They would become instant entrepreneurs, and the West would undergo an economic renaissance, driven by the newfound motivation and resources of poor people. Before, they had an incentive to stay poor - who wants to work and earn double or triple your welfare cheque when you can just relax in the comfort and convenience of the ghetto? Now they have no choice to do whatever is necessary to stay alive, which is more likely to be opening flower shops and plumbing services than selling crack, murdering people for their clothing and robbery, which are just fabrications of the librul media.
