If reasonable cost can't be achieved through whatever means, it should be mandated. Who determines now if an asprin is five cents or fifty bucks? Medicaid should be the national plan. Its already in place and collecting money. As for the cost? Thats totally up to us. 80% payment could be payment in full if we make it that way. 80% is probably overpayment as it is anyway..
The hardest part of doing nothing is knowing when your done.
