Thus you get people like Palin telling people who apparently can't grasp the relatively simple concept of "end of life counseling" that there are going to be "death panels" that will decide who lives and who gets gassed... ya know, just like them nazzeys did and they would definitely give her retarded kid a thumbs-down.

My favorite was the TP mouthpiece who said they were going to fight Obamacare "In the streets, on the beaches!", quoting the then-prime minister of a country that has gov't healthcare.
