Help me out here: I don't understand why we can't have private insurance for everybody who can afford it and have pre-existing conditions and public for everybody else?

Like somebody said: we have public and private universities. Or is that over-simplifying it.

Humanities moral and technical evolution is going at different speeds. As it stands now, we're pretty much knuckle dragging Neanderthals with high tech gadgets.
