Should parents be charged when a child uses their gun?

People get like that with alot of stuff. Cars and cellphones, Apple products, etc.

It's just that hardcore gun nuts are the worst of the lot, because unlike a guy who loves, say, Mustangs, there is a bunch of political beliefs and ideals that surround the hobby. You can't talk to a serious gun nut about common sense regulations... whereas even the most fanatic car guy sees the point in having seatbelts and speed limits.

Banning guns isn't reasonable or common sense. Not only is it logistically impossible, but it is pretty much completely unnecessary.

The simple truth is that there are tons of gun fanatics who believe that gun ownership should be completely unregulated.

Yea, in America we call those people Republicans. Or even Libertarians.

"The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

Seems clear to me. We just take the "shall not be infringed part" to actually mean that.

Well this is my last post on this.. The 'They are trying to ban ALL guns' excuse...That's just another BS argument that I constantly hear thrown out there..

I know of NO ONE, and I know some pretty strong anti-gun people, who wants to ban ALL guns.. That's absolutely impossible, and anyone with a 1/2 brain knows that, no matter how anti-gun they are. But again, that argument is constantly used. And it's BS.

That argument is just another dodge, just another excuse.

Edit: and the post right above this proves why nothing gets done. A completely unregulated population? Great argument huh?
