The Republicans are desperate. There's no arguing that, they see their approval numbers crashing, they have a civil war within their party, and a vocal portion of their party thinks it's still 1950 so they keep pissing off certain demographics.

They'll doing anything and everything to try and get an Obama scandal to stick. ANd to get their own problems off the front pages.

I mean I can't blame them for trying to drown out people like Ken Cuccinelli, the Republican running for governor of Virginia who wants to give employers the right to fire workers if they heard Spanish spoken in the workplace.
