This is going to require out of the box thinking/planning if its going to be successful. Business as usual including the middleman don't include out of the box planning. I agree, the middleman has to go.

Back to the OP: you would think in the US of A the website would be the easiest part, so why that turned into such a debacle is really a mystery.

There's plenty of gov't websites out there that run just fine, state and federal. Weird.

Could be they just got in a hurry and didn't get all the ducks in a row. Making a plan should have started in 08. I still say medicaid should be the way to go.Its already in place and collecting money.I also think there should be one plan only, no gold, silver, part a,b or none of that crap. One plan for all that fixes all.When the payment is made to provider, its payment in full, no more co pay surprises. But that all comes back to the out of the box thinking/planning needed if its going to be a success.
