Non - check out Greenwich CT.
We were looking at a hurricane recovery contract up there. We researched average home prices (in order to rebuild them). I can't remember exactly, but most counties were in the normal $150k-$400k range.
In Greewich county, I think that that AVERAGE home costs $1.3 million (I think. I know it was more than $1.1 million). That's average. Not "average seashore home". It includes all the little homes elsewhere in the county.
I thought that was just nutz.
