I just quoted the relevant text. It clearly enumerates a right to privacy from government intrusion into your private effects and property. It's straight forward and easy to understand. The government can't act in such a manner without a warrant that describes EXACTLY what they are after and where and why they want to look.
What the NSA is doing is the electronic equivalent of sneaking into everyone's house to see what they are doing and to see if they can make anything out of it. This is the exact government outcome the constitution is expressly designed to PROHIBIT.
So don't ever say that again.
