How did a thread asking why the NSA is spying on Americans get diverted into a discussion about when you can and can't sue the gov't?
I'd still like to hear the answer why, which is not being provided by those burying us in legalese.

Basically the case purports that they have exceeded the legal authority given them by the Patriot Act. I think that will be easy to show.
