There is racial bias amongst whites, and there is racial bias amongst blacks. But as far as the press is concerned, it only goes one way. Democrats have persistently wooed black voters with programs and platforms that African-Americans favor, and the party has been rewarded every four years.

White racists: "Blacks are genetically inferior, predisposed to crime and violence, and in order for them to get better, we need to segregate them from white society using outrageous state violence."
Black racists: "We've been systematically oppressed and marginalized for the last three hundred years, and it is white people doing it. Kill whitey!"
Which one of these perspectives is grounded in more actual fact?
