If he did that, the insurance industry would collapse overnight.
But the GOP doesn't have the wherewithal to install single payer, so we'd just be in chaos.
You can't just repeal and go back to the way things were. It doesn't work like that. The insurance industry cannot adjust for that.
Regardless, I still believe the law will accomplish what it set out to do so there's no reason to contemplate any of this.
