oh there was another one filibustered too, but it's of little consequence. the important one is the dc court, and republicans are considered with giving radical judges power.

I think that would be unconstitutional. The executive appoints.

Your plan also entirely removes the executive and legislative branches from the appointment of interim judges who may be in power for a substantial period of time. If you're worried about checks and balances this is a bad solution.

Finally , judges are appointed for life to avoid judges bring swayed in a given case by political concerns. Intern judges wild have no similar protections.

interim judge placed by president, removed after one year and that judge is forbidden from being a temp judge for 5 years or something. also can be removed or placed forever with the advice and consent of the senate.
