The big difference between NK and Iran is that Rouhani is a reformer while NK has been led by one f**k up family for years.
Obviously there's a still the supreme leader but Rouhani has a lot of support in Iran, he's far better than Ahmadinejad before him. He was elected on a platform of repairing relations with Western nations so at least give the guy a chance. He's got 6 months to stick to his word; if he does that can only be good news for the West.
