I could be wrong but from what I understand is right NOW, this agreement doesn't amount to much either way.. It's basically a 6 month pause, so more long term negotiations can take place.
Within the next 6 months either side can back away, and if long term negotiations break down I'm sure one or the other side will back away. So honestly the jury is still out on this.

I say let them have nuclear weapons. I don't see why some countries have a right to arm themselves and others don't (unless they agree not to). We should just be selling and buying things from other countries. Not playing this whole world politics game.
