HURF is trying to argue that companies are MORE efficient when the state runs them. I could forgive him for his stupidity if not for the fact that dozens of countries have tried this and failed remarkably.
Hell, even the Chinese just held their 3rd Plenary session and came out with a plan that says markets have a decisive role in the allocation of resources.
