^The idealism angle is kinda my point. I can see the problems...what I'm not seeing are solutions. Testing bad. Ok. So what, then, instead?

We have to enforce that students be taught division and hopefully at least a little science and letters at a particular level. Apparently high schoolers can't divide, so it seems like that isn't happening.

So how do we do it?

Give em a nice tax credit each year their kid stays above a 3 point. Bump them into the next tax bracket if their kid develops problems. (Going to have to pay for the kid's eventual incarceration somehow.)
