None of this provides a compelling reason why Iran should be forced to abandon nuclear energy or weapons.

Actually what I was posting about is how batshit crazy it is to push for the idea that we should nuke Iran.
Even if Israel hits them, they wouldn't do that.
But you've certainly got more than a few chickenhawks here in the states that salivate over the idea, obviously. Idiots.

I think the opposite.
I think they're only here because those sanctions obviously have some bite and yeah, this could be a back-and-forth game forever but if we have an opportunity to start a thaw, take it.
Granted, how much of a thaw can there ever be when the Mullahs are still in charge but plant the seed?
