Ok, if someone is eligible for insurance and they do not get it, that is their choice. If they make over 75K a year and do not get it, that is their choice.
Therefore, they are not insured BY CHOICE. Simple concept, try to figure it out.

except you don't know if those people are paying down student debt+2k a month in rent among other expenses.

Unemployment rate is down to 7%... Nov. jobs report showed more jobs added then what was expected.. And the average work week hours increased..
I guess the ACA isn't the job killer the GOP and their mouthpieces on Fox tried to make us believe.. They all probably got a rotten night's sleep last night.
