Unless you work for the government or you have incredible luck, any reasonable expectation of job security won't come around until your late 30s for most millennials. Our fathers (and even mothers) came up in a time where a solid education OR work experience meant you could get a foot in the door by your mid-20s. Just realize these Baby Boomers and Generation'ers have no clue what they're taking about when they bemoan millennial laziness and move on. Don't waste your breath.
Enjoy your extended youth and try out different artistan and entrepreneurial avenues using the Internet. Don't lose your soul to the system (as much) like those before us. Realize that the machine of false wealth you see today will be there tomorrow if you do make it. Almost all of those who are defending the financial markets and draconian government policies once stood up for thoughtful change. It's sad. Don't be like that.
