Also arguments that no one is forced to open a business are bullshit, you are forced to have some kind of employment and doing business is part of existence. You may as well argue they don't have to exist and that they could always kill themselves if they don't like the way things are, which is technically true but presents a false dichotomy, so it's fallacious reasoning and can be discarded without further comment.

That is exactly the argument he made before when presenting his substantial harm hypothesis, Hurf. That discrimination is okay so long as other options are available - i.e. it is fine so long as it isn't prevalent.

You don't have a right to do business without obeying the law. Anti-discrimination laws have been validated over and over and over again.
