Yea, but if you want to say the DMV sucks you better have a Harvard study, UCLA review, and Princeton University writeup about it or it ain't true.

And for that matter, an appointment at the DMV? WTF is that? They don't even answer the phones at our local DMV, you have to call the generic 800 number in Baton Rouge to get answers to questions, but appointments aren't even an option.

By the way, any time you guys wish to start posting links to mostly favorable reviews and reports about the DMV/DPS, feel free. So far, you guys have done a bunch of lip service and pretty much absolutely nothing else.
As in show me some empirical evidence that proves that the DMV/DPS is efficient and ran well and that people like it. Since what I'm saying isn't true, it should be easy enough.

people don't need to like it for it to not be the hell hole you think it is. it's not something you inherently have a blast at. i don't go there looking to have a great time, but i also don't have a miserable time.
