If the govt is going to require a service, the govt should supply that service. As for ACA being a success or not. Thats like predicting the outcome of a moon shot 10 seconds after liftoff. My guess it will crumble under its own weight of BS and red tape.

He supports single payer but is this adamant about not having gov't involved? That makes no sense at all.

Single payer with no middle man is the only way to go if affordable is going to be part of the plan.
